🛍️ Wovve Store – Return & Refund Policy

At Wovve Store, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • In its original packaging with all tags/labels attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is required.


2. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be approved in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

Refunds will not be approved if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.

  • The return request is made after the 7-day window.

  • The item is a sale/clearance product, customized order, or hygiene-related item (cosmetics, undergarments, etc.).


3. Refund Method

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or mobile wallet.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • In case of a price difference, the customer will need to pay the additional amount.


5. Return/Refund Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID and clear pictures/videos of the product showing the issue.

  3. Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions.

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer changes their mind or wishes to exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
